CEO & Leadership

  • Put in place safety management systems and review them for effectiveness.
  • Provide resources, equipment, and training to manage safety.
  • Investigate and report all incidents, including near misses.
  • Ensure the policy is implemented and monitored across the business.

Management

  • Address workplace hazards as far as is reasonably practicable.
  • Provide instruction, training, supervision, and PPE.
  • Consult workers on health, safety, and wellbeing matters.
  • Support injury management and return-to-work programs.

Workers

  • Take reasonable care of their health and safety.
  • Follow safe procedures, instructions, and rules at all times.
  • Participate in safety training and report hazards promptly.
